1. Returns
We offer a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received.
- The product must be in its original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories intact.
- A valid proof of purchase (order ID/invoice) is required.
Returns will only be accepted under the following conditions:
- You received a wrong product
- The product is damaged or defective
- Items are missing from your order
⚠️ Important:
Minor color variations due to lighting, screen resolution, or photography are not considered defects.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Customized or personalized products
- Products that have been used, worn, or washed
- Items returned without original packaging or tags
- Clearance or sale items (if applicable)
- Our products are customized with your specific designs, photos, or text, they are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund once the order has been processed. We encourage you to double-check all personalization details before finalizing your order.
3. Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges only in the following cases:
We understand that occasionally, items may be handled roughly during shipping. If you receive a product that has been damaged during transit, we will provide a free replacement of the same item.
- Damaged or defective products
- Incorrect product delivered
Exchanges are subject to availability of the product. If the requested product is unavailable, a refund will be processed instead.
4. Exchange Process
To initiate a return, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with the following details:

- Description of the issue
- Clear images/videos of the product (if damaged or incorrect)

Once your request is approved, we will provide instructions for return shipping.
4.1. Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement
To qualify for a replacement due to transit damage, you must provide a clear unboxing video. This is a non-negotiable requirement to help us verify the damage and claim insurance from our courier partners.
The unboxing video must follow these strict criteria:

Continuous & Uncut: The video must be a single, continuous shot from start to finish. We cannot accept edited or paused clips.

Complete Package View: Before opening, the video must clearly show all sides of the package and the shipping label.

Clear Opening: The video must capture the actual opening of the seal and the immediate reveal of the damaged product.

Damage Proof: The specific damage to the product must be clearly visible in the video.
4.2. How to Claim a Replacement
If your item is damaged, please contact our support team within 24–48 hours of delivery:

Note: Failure to provide a proper unboxing video as described above will unfortunately result in the rejection of the replacement claim.
5. Return Shipping
- If the return is due to our error (wrong, damaged, or defective product), we will bear the return shipping cost.
- In all other cases, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.
6. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
- The refund will be credited within 5–7 business days.
In case of Pay Later orders:
- Refunds will be issued via bank transfer or UPI after collecting your payment details.
7. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled only before they are customized/personalized or Printed.
- Once the order has been customized/personalized or Printed, cancellation is not allowed.
To cancel an order, contact us immediately after placing it.
8. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your bank or payment provider, as processing time may vary.
